Organizations with a strong culture are more innovative and more competitive. Worklife is a private social network focused on individual company’s unique cultures, by providing an environment that fosters communication, collaboration and job engagement. The system architecture and functionality was inspired by the natural social structure of workplace culture.

Feature highlight: an employee referral system that utilizes LinkedIn and CareerBuilder’s recommendation engine to show employees their connections whose skills match open jobs at their company.
